Red River to Eskasoni

from First Flight by Morgan Toney

about

Red River Jig / Eskasoni Breakdown

When I first heard the Red River Jig, I wanted to learn it but I could not find any tutorial videos. Thanks to my friend Alex Kusturok, he taught me the tune through the app "Zoom". This is just one of the many variations of the Red River Jig. The second tune was composted by Simon Cremo, which would've been Lee Cremo's Father. I thought that it would be cool to put the two tunes together , in hopes that Mi'kmaq fiddlers will learn the Red River Jig.
